    The Blue Ridge Parkway runs through the Appalachians in Virginia, and what a beautiful drive! All the rain here creates a very green, lush landscape filled with yellow, white, purple and pink wildflowers and soft pink mountain laurel blooms as well as bright pink rhododendrons.     ... and the house, and the Captain installed a little zip line to cross it. It was a wooden swing on a cable, and it would take you about halfway across the creek before you had to pull it the rest of the way.     Before leaving Damascus Stealth and I thought it would be pretty cool to have a cookout at the hostel we were staying at.     ... the fire :(. It turns out that we were not meant to be girl scouts :(.
    To get over this heartbreak, we played some cards and ate some chocolate by candlelight. We stayed up and chatted like one giant slumber party and then headed to bed.
