We could tell the weather was getting warmer with every little drive south we did. When we woke up it was comfortable and we were able to go outside in t-shirts and leave the van door open. It was a nice change of pace from always having to bundle up before leaving the van. It hasn't been uncomfortably cold for the most part of the trip, with the exceptions of a few days, but it has been cold enough to always have to put on hat, gloves, scarf and jackets when getting up to go to ...
... over to ask him if he had eaten and if not would he like to share our meal. His face lit up like I told him he won the lottery! I prepared a couple of plates for him and his wife to enjoy. They were so happy....Derrell poured them a couple glasses of wine too! It was a great way to spend our Thanksgiving. At last we're headed home with no more stops to sight see. Today we left Fredericksburg in the rain and had it off and on all day. We spent this night at East Houston RV. Very Noisy!
