... a one horse and buggy ride, where the elderly driver made us laugh over his take on things.

As we'd already done the house tour 3 weeks ago, we decided to leave, but before doing so bought some home made Colby cheese to savour on the last 3 weeks of our Incredible Journey through America.

Tomorrow we return the rental car to Chicago.
Then stay just one night in that city, as Monday we board Amtrak to head to Salt Lake ...

It started raining as soon as I left the mayor's office. I kind of just kept my head down and rode all day.
