... speaks better english than Maxi which has come in handy on occasion. His son Franco is a typical three year old except he speaks bits and pieces of English and Italian. He's highly susceptible to caffeine and sugar and wants to be sure you know he's there. There's a pool and two yellow labs out front and my guest room has amazing views of Parana from a nearby hilltop where Maxi built his home. All in all I couldn't have asked for ...

My last two semesters at UNF, I had a small picture of Italy taped to the inside of my binder and I have had a picture of Italy in my bedroom for several years to make sure I traveled there one day. It's surreal that my "one day" is seven days from now... I will be able to see so many things during those six weeks and I'm sure I will be craving more! ...

... decision. We went on a free tour of the newly opened distillery and even got to sample their freshly brewed vodka. We then headed to a little cafe where they play live music all afternoon. It was a bit of a bikers place but it was nice to sit out in the sun with a cider and listen to some proper American music. When we were done there, we visited the lighthouse (which was closed unfortunately) and then went for some food by the beach. My relaxing end to the weekend ...
