... a really bad sore throat and head cold, so we cancelled our plans to drive up to Marquette to see old friends Dave & Pat, and to explore some of the things I'd read about in that area. We stayed home all day, until after dinner, when we went for a ride through Seney National Wildlife Refuge. Got lots of pictures, but our signal here is too slow to load any. :(

Its really cool here, so much more than home. Its about 70, sunny, breezy and just wonderful. Nice change from the HOT HOT HOT we've had at home all summer.
