We just got back from Clifton, which is a suburb nearby, where we had a yum dinner at Applebees. A little more expensive than what we usually spend, but cheap if compared to Aussie dining prices!
... Statue of Liberty. It was so nice to be out in the sunshine for a change......it's a beautiful day. Then off to Chelsea Markets which was originally the meat packing warehouse but is now one of "the" places to be, where we had lunch. Time now for a walk along the High Line......a walkway above the city which was once an above ground railway. It's a beautiful place where you can just sit in the sunshine and have lunch or just relax with trees and gardens ...
