... one of the most developed and changed sites was Yad Vashem and the Holocaust Memorial Museum. I so remember this memorial on the outskirts of town standing alone on a barren hill. Now with eight plus memorials, beautifully landscaped and a museum that is haunting but architecturally dynamic, Yad Vashem has an impact that will stay with anyone for life.
