The ferry ride was calm and the driving to Fredericton was good. We stopped in Amherst to check out Deanne Fitzpatrick's studio. She is a well known rug hooker and author. Boy you could go wild with the patterns, fabrics and dodads. Needless to say I did not leave empty handed!
