Love a good soak
We got up early and left a cold crisp Demali Park and headed back to Fairbanks. After hitting WalMart for supplies for the drive we checked into the Comfort Inn and had a good soak.
Not much more to say about today. Other than we wached the news for the 1st time in weeks.

After leaving Watson Lake we traveled to Whitehorse in the Yukon spend g the night at a campground. Longer than expected.
... ve learned in our years on the road, you just have to roll with the stuff that happens. If you don't - or can't - this really isn't the life for you. After all, what I haven't told you, is that during the same time frame we had a water leak in the kitchen which we discovered when we had a lake in the middle of the floor and our tow bar is once again busted - pretty much beyond repair this time! You've just got to keep smiling.....and rolling on down the road! ...
Wilderness, Fog and Sled Dogs

After we drove back to the McKinley Chalet, we enjoyed a quick lunch. Then Larry and I went to wait for the bus to watch the sled dog demo. Rebecca and Rich stayed at the Chalet to get some work done ...
