What a change from last night. Check in was with a very friendly and helpful young lady. Lovely big room with King bed. Fridge and microwave. Lovely to see a fridge with an ice box not frozen over. My compliments to the housekeeping staff for keeping the fridges defrosted. Only one bed but more than one towel each. Biggest surprise was the FREE washing machine and dryer. This hotel is what we have come to expect from Comfort Inns and restores our confidence in the brand. Close to the highway for easy access but no road noise in the room.

We reserved a whirlpool room and were immediately impressed with the size of the room. Everything was clean and we were never bothered by any noise from inside or outside the hotel. Everything in the room worked as it should. The price I paid for a whirlpool room was very reasonable.
The front desk check-in was fast. We didn't use the pool but it looked great and was being used by others. A great hotel at a great price, I would recommend this property to anyone.

The Comfort Inn at Essington seems to have worker gangs and travellers as their main clientèle. They ate a surprising amount of yoghurt for breakfast and did not stay long in the breakfast area. The check out staff were more friendly than those working last night.

Went back towards Essington to find bread. Stopped at a Wawa which sold …

These same two dogs have never been anywhere overnight except in the kennel owned by their groomer about 11 miles from home. Sincerely hoping that I will be pleasantly surprised with their reaction to traveling such a distance and so long a time ...

12/12/14 - We are going to India today! Yay! I had to leave school early, so my dad picked me up at around noon. Then my family and I left for the airport. We were flying from JFK to Abu Dhabi first, then from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. We reached JFK early and had tons of time to kill. So, we decided to have some fun. We took a ride in one of the automatic trains that ...

... br> Ultimately I made it to Lancaster. My friends, known from one of the forums I use, live above a car dealership and I spotted them too late as I pressed on trying to not be late. I pulled up and stalled the van, then I found it wasn't going to restart!

The bolt retaining the bottom of the starter motor had fallen out and the nut on the stud at the top was gone too! They wouldn't be too hard to ...
