Our night was again comfortable and we slept well. When we got back to the motorhome after shopping at Walmart we discovered that the self-inflating mat we bought was for a mummy bag. We wanted a rectangular one. Also, the voltage inverter we bought needed to be bigger to properly charge the computer. Today began with... yes, another eighteen minute metro ride into NYC. The past two days have had record high temps for New York, but luckily today it was overcast and slightly rainy. It was soon time to head back to the hotel and a quick beer in the lounge before heading out to the Yankee’s baseball. The Yankee stadium is in the Bronx so we got there using our friend the subway. ... Chicago Bulls at Barclay Center. It was amazing with greasy hotdogs, beer and a lot of DEFENSE…DEFENSE!
Thank god the Nets won… Thank you again Kathi for this amazing evening.
Additionally to that we had some matzoballsoup at Carnegie Deli and went to Chelsea Market (well I just love it there). All in all another great week in New York with my dear friend with lots of shopping (her shopping), talking and great food.
