          ... rained like Noah needed to float his ark. Streets were flooding and I was 1/2 mile from the van without a paddle. Luckily there was a campus hangout and sports bar to wait out the rain and I tried to feel like I was 20 again.

          ... Tuesday night with just a few drops scattered about, but, it did not stop and increased in intensity during the night. It never was a hard downpour, just constant.           We decided to try to drive home from Colorado in 2 days. This means 2 long days and getting to mid-point, in Missouri one first day. This was the only leg of trip that I had made no reservations or plans. We are kind of ready to get home and nothing between Colorado & home was on our 'must see' list after 3 weeks of amazing places.
