... Jess and I couldn't stop buying toys for these kids, they are going to be so spoiled that's for sure! We have brought down so much that we only had 3 pounds to spare between both of our checked bags. And then we still have our two backpacks and two carry-ons, most of it being for the children! We are fixing to board the plane, please keep us in your prayers! We will try to post when we arrive!!

... to understand to those who have not experienced it, but their love is breathtaking. I know I will definitely be crying tears of joy when I get to actually see everyone in person and not just in my memories.
While I'd love to spend my time until we leave remembering, there's packing, working, interning, rehearsing, and (if you're lucky like Beth) catching up with Mickey Mouse, that still has to be completed before we can leave.
... that live at the Valley around 7. Two Hispanic sisters and a consecrated virgin live at the orphanage to minister to the children. After mass and breakfast, we'll have a task everyday while the kids are in school. Last year we organized a food pantry, sanded, patched, and painted walls in the dormitories, and taught the kids English. Once the kids are out of school we help them with homework for an hour, then play with them during their recess ...
... are going to try blogging once a day about what we've done on our trip. Key word is try! I know I'm not the most tech savvy person on the planet, and from our experience last year, the internet can be spotty at the Valley.
