          ... but there are many traffic lights along the way and for some reason they all turn on RED when we approach them. No green zone here..... After a while the GPS lady tells us to turn right and leave the highway. We pass cute, small villages and of course lots of rice paddies and cherry orchards.           Early this morning there was another earthquake. Emile saw the curtains sway. When googling it, we found the epicenter was northeast off the coast of Honshu and it had a magnitude of 6.8. No wonder it was noticeable in Tokyo as well. This morning we leave for Yamagata, about 3 hours by train north-northwest of Tokyo.           Today's forecast is calling for rain, so this will be a good day to do laundry. After the concierge explains how to set the washing machine I start a load of white wash.
