    We arrived in Tournon after a night time cruise. Another quaint little town! We boarded a steam train for a trip up a mountain ( big hill really!)' , interesting guide talking about how they kept the German soldiers at bay up there, saw the train engine turn around, then headed back down the tracks.

    ... the decent but the turns were very gradual and everyone did a good job of keeping their speed under control.

    We pulled into the hotel around 7:45 pm and cleaned up for dinner. After talking for a bit with Raymond, Rich and Brian it was off to bed to get ready for a day of even more climbing.

    One last note. The internet here is painfully slow and does not like to upload pictures. Unfortunately everyone may need to visit here again next week to see the pics.

    ... Sheep and cattle graze which we haven't seen much of recently. It's a little bit like a mini Switzerland. Most of the towns and villages we passed en route here were not that inspiring but I believe Pont-en-Royans will be!
