What a lovely fresh morning it was for my half-hour walk to the Palais de Congres. The rain had stopped, and the temperature was expected to reach 24C, much better than the 16C of the previous day! On the way, I listened to the recording I had made of my 'script' to go with my slides - a way of reinforcing the information in my brain in the hope that I would avoid having a mental blank during the delivery!
