Our first weekend in Paris
... amphitheatre which is literally one block from our apartment. Not sure why it took us so long to get over there... It's now part of a park with an attached playground. There was a group of kids kicking a soccer ball and another group of old men playing 'boules' when we were there. It was all very quaint. I couldn't imagine gladiator battles and naval battle recreations taking place in this quiet little oasis.
