    Great vibe, location and price

A very funky hotel in a very central area. I had a single room with en-suite, TV and double bed. There is a rooftop area, laundry facilities and a fitness room. Downstairs you can check in yourself, or there is a staff member available to assist, there is a dining room if you wish to use it, pinball machines, 24/7 free coffee, free wi-fi, 2 mac computers to use, plus a small selection of goods to buy. The interior design is a fantastic reflection of the hip area the hotel is in.

Good location and decent price for Oslo

Stayed here as it was good price in city which is an expensive place to stay, but the location was excellent, short walk to bus station and Karl Johans gate where the shopping and street performers are. The hotel itself was clean and funky. Breakfast bags were included these were hung on door handle in the morning, a bag made up with fresh fruit, crusty roll filled with chicken, and a fruit drink. The reception had free coffee machine available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and their was a supermarket only 10minute walk up the street.

Stripped down services, nothing luxurious here - but very nice interior; a very urban feel to the entire hotel. It's pretty much the cheapest place in Oslo and it's just a couple of minutes away from "Carl Johann" by foot. The bathroom and shower is very nice and there's phones, free Wifi and a LCD-TV in every room.

This hotel is perfect for a budget holiday to Oslo, with free wifi, internet and coffee. The rooms are fine and the cost is reasonable. They also provide a bagged breakfast if you need it. If you want to stay in Oslo and not be crippled by the accommodation prices, this place is worth a visit. Just get directions first!

We had to wake up early to prepare for a long day of sightseeing. We visited the train station first to pick up tickets, then went back to the hotel to eat the free breakfast. The buffet breakfast was INCREDIBLE. They had Norwegian specialties like brown cheese, multiple yogurts, fish, vegetables, bread, waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, cold cuts, …

We spent a couple of days just walking around - Oslo is not a large city and we’re within walking distance of the centre. It’s an impressive place with an attractive and busy waterfront - ...

I think he was almost as thrilled about me being there as I was. His name is Mats and asked if he could share that I was there with his friends. I told him of course.

We head directly to the nude beach, at the entrance we all look at each other, "well there is no going back now is there" I say and drop trou. Aaron and Josh do the same and we sheepishly walk ...
