Now we all know of Joan of Arc, but you have to read up a little to really know what she did.
I'll leave the reading to you, or you can ask Gary G, as he will probably know the whole story anyway. Most surprising is how young she was.

... everything just flashed by! Still lovely though.
Made all our connections, with an hour break in Tours, so we went out for a short walk. From what we did see, the best place was the railway station, which was very ornate.
Back to Bayeux and making dinner, even though I wondered if I had forgotten how to cook (steak, vegetables and salad!) then off to bed!
