... French - the guide book said there were some interesting 'murrailles' on this walk - which Andy assumed were murals - ancient Neolithic cave paintings came to mind as they are common in the area. But we found out it means 'stone wall' so the little stone buildings we found along the way were the interesting landmarks!! Ending the day with a dip in the pool and steak frites and tarte abricots for dinner was just perfect! ...

Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo

... with it, go nuts, have at it, etc. I even know people who have done it, but none of them are pretentious *****. If you want to flash a bit of tit in some vein attempt to fit in, don't sneer at people who aren't that desperate for attention. I'm fairly sure that wearing a T-shirt doesn't break any rules so you continue to look like call-girls and I'll continue to look like a guy who's travelled for three years, OK? The joys of traveling...

... I have 4 hours until my flight. Rules in Nice are that you can’t check baggage until 2 hours before flight, so I am schlepping 5 weeks worth of clothes, all my gadgets and electronics (AND my Fascinator) around for two hours. The lounge is closed until December – I guess even a G-20 in town is not enough motivation to spring into action. So here I sit and wait for my upcoming 30 hours of schlepping and flying.
