... the latest news was that they were using the crane to lift him out.
German sausages for lunch, this time the type that we were looking for the night before from the spring markets in the town square. By this time we'd already caught up with Carolin and we went off to go on a guided tour of the Dresden theatre. Strangely enough, the theatre was rebuilt mostly during the communist era - which is odd, cos they reproduced it with all the grand ...

Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Saxony, Germany magicwoman82... as the smoke works its way downwind. Chemnitz is reminiscent of Stockport with its brick chimneys. There is a lot of forest at the side of the railway. Mainly of tall thin trees that look like you could push them over. They blow in the wind and their silvery leaves flash, as their pale, flaky trunks lean over. Where they are really exposed - the odd tree on its own - the leaves are aligned in the direction of the wind, like hair being brushed.
glauchau, Germany jeremyhillJust spent 3 days in the region known as the Erzgiberger. Famous for their nutcraker dolls and Xmas decorations. Tan and I had been here before but it's a place you could easily revisit there was heaps to see. Nathan and Inge were impressed, in particular at a town called Seiffen (a stones throw from the Czech border). The whole place is surrounded by deep valleys and thick forest, it would be awesome during winter time.

... who would remember it. The guy finally showed up about 20 minutes later and I knew I was sunk when it came to my train and I was offiaclly stuck in this town for the night. Thankfully Hilly offered her place for the night and she said she would drive me to the train station in the morning. I called and changed my hostels and everything seemed to work out okay in the end. The problem in the car ended up to be electronics, translated from ...
Zwickau, Saxony, Germany mike81In my white lab coat.............. It was really interesting to examine and take apart people and learn about the functions of the human body. I didn't care for the smell too much, it started to get too much after 30 minutes, but it was a cool experience.
Freiberg, Germany johanna85... night except for the time I walked in on him naked! Then took a boat trip down the Rhine for two days, staying in St Goar overnight. It was really beautiful, got some great photos. Last night was in Heidelberg, then today in Freiburg. Caught the cable car up to a mountain somewhere in the Black Forest, then walked down. Good to do some exercise and burn off all the beer and ice cream! Haven't found a computer I can upload photos on yet but I'm working on it!
Freiberg, Saxony, Germany susb... unale läksime Freibergi linnas asuvasse Döner Kebabi. Seal sõime Saksamaa türklaste valmistatud maitsvat kebabi. Pärastlõunal alustasime sõitu Hermsdorf'i marmorikaevanduse poole, mis kuulub firmale GEOMIN.

Marienberg, Germany maribelcourcy... fleg-fie"), which is pretty much the same thing as a Simmentol. (It's a milking Simmental versus a beef Simmental) (they're some sort of regional specialty or something here in the south) They're fatter than the holsteins, which makes them more difficult to palpate, but they make up for it by being way cute (especially the babies). The beefers aren't as cute as the milking ones.
