... the last day we listened to someone called Lauren Manning talk about her brush with death as she survived the 911 attacks in 2001. She spoke of unmeasured strength and deciding to carry on when faced with adversity. She praised the nursing profession for the way in which we care for our patients and the hope we store in them each day. She was amazing. I'm off to Houston today, and then LA on the 14th. Needless to say the cattle drive was cancelled, we were both pretty gutted about that. We drove back to Dallas in the rain, but as it eased up a little as we got back we decided to go up Reunion tower in downtown Dallas. The views were pretty good considering the weather and it enabled us to get a feel for Dallas and see the sights from one place. It ...

Us girls met up for breakfast at 9 before getting the 1030 water taxi to Belize City. After a quick coffee we headed to the airport. To our annoyance we found out our flight was delayed sufficiently such that we would miss our connection to London. Fortunately we had Cara Lyn and Liz to keep us company. Not only that we also had junior aka David aka Panty Ripper. Now this guy has no personality. We could only get mono syllables out of him. Here he was stuck in ...
