Our hotel back in early times was used as a manor house but Wow what a place, this place is spectacular inside, with narrow halls that you can get lost in and courtyards everywhere. Our room is wonderful, king size bed and nicely furnished. The hotel is in the heart of the city so we can walk everywhere we want to go. We put our few things away quickly so we could go exploring. ... well as a very good Shepard's pie. Add Dublin Square to your Irish pub stops - along with McGurk's in St. Louis. Well I'm going to head back and get some much needed sleep - tomorrow I'll check into the Hilton then go welcome Karen to SD. The Way point clocked in at 3,055 miles in 8 days (but only 6 days of actual riding. I took off Monday in St. Louis and Wednesday and Thursday in New Orleans. Most importantly the Bike has performed very well in difficult ...

      Microbreweries
San Diego is known for its microbreweries and we checked out one of them - Acoustic Ale Tasting Room. I generally don't like beer at all, but the nice waiter let me try a few of them for free and so I was able to choose one that wasn't all too bitter.
The thing with the beer in the US is that everyone in Europe has this stereotype of an American drinking a disgusting Miller or Budweiser. While a lot of people ...
