    ... which proceeded to stop at the Stadium and make us all get off, three more trolleys came and ended there... 25 minutes later the trolley came that would take us to El Cajon and we made it back to the car. Had no problems sleeping after such a good meal, but didn't hurt to go to the liquor store and her 6 bottles of cider to help me along :) we now have a fridge full of alcohol and chocolate!!     ... park which is very well laid out but the sing posts are very confusing so we get lost loads of times. About 3.00 we eventually get to the Lion enclosure and just as we are about to take some photos I get a tap on the shoulder!!! "What are you doing here".     ... performer in musical theater but never made the big time.

    It is 6:30pm and we are just leaving the dock, ninety minutes past our sailing time. My cabin is low and aft and the vibrations here are dramatic. I think I have not won the cabin selection lottery. My shipmates are mostly older but I have met a young man from Jamaica who seems like he will become a friend. I’ll keep you posted. Dinner is in two hours.

    ... Do not mix well. Aaron and I then toddled off to Belmont Park at Mission Beach, it's an old school style arcade board walk. There wasn't must happening there and I think it would be better at night. Grumble bum didn't want to be there so we left early. It was a really long nice looking beach- there is a cement path all the way along, heaps of fit bodies running up and down. We are back in the room now having a rest - still have not had a good sleep ...

    But, after much deliberation, I left the Zoo, SeaWorld, and all the other jazz for another time...this trip was about NOT having plans!!

    I did get to Coronado Island, which is beautiful...if I had more time I would have spent it there. It is a great walking area, with some interesting shops and sights.

    Knowing me, this won't come as a surprise...we found a fantastic bar ...
