It was a great place to stay, so central to all the downtown sites, right next to the river, bus tour, theatre district, shopping on Magnificent Mile, and the beautiful parks that edge Lake Michigan. The staff were friendly and helpful. A substantial choice of foods is provided as part of your stay for breakfast. We were able to store our luggage downstairs all day on the day we checked out. Would stay again, especially in the suite that has its own kitchenette. Great views from 23rd floor!
