          Today the plan was to get part way across Nebraska and then have an early arrival into Denver on Tuesday. That strategy changed when we heard mid-day that snow and high winds were predicted for Tuesday. Instead of chancing driving in those conditions we pushed on and 865 kms. later we arrived at about 7:00 p.m. in Lakewood, a western suburb of Denver.
