... Bodali, in India. They are in the small town of Beaver Falls near Pittsburgh. Excited about the prospect of seeing them again.
Our departure from Germantown was on a very wet morning and unfortunately things did not improve on the way north. The scenery was looking good but would have been even better were it not for the driving rain that lashed at us most of the day.
I keep reminding myself, this is travelling not always a holiday.
Not much happened today, slept in, ate, drove around Pittsburgh, shopped & ate again, this time we went to Denny's Diner. They burger was very good. Then we shopped again then headed back to hotel. Just relaxing now. Will be heading off to Washington DC early tomorrow ...
Today we drove to Beaver Falls where Kev was born. It was a really lovely little town. It has roughly 9000 people living there. The houses are very quaint and different to what we see in Australia. We stayed and looked around and found two of the three places where Kev lived and also houses that his parents lived in before he came along. We travelled from Niagara Falls to Pittsburgh. We had a pretty good trip. On our way we stopped for fuel and lunch then noticed a Walmart, so of course we went in.
