This was a great place. I enjoyed talking to the young man at the desk about traveling and how Pennsylvania has so much to offer. His conversation made me spend an unplanned two hours driving around Presque Isle, the Peninsula across from Erie, PA. Good breakfast and service. Great staff.

Woke up sleepy but refreshed and ready for a new fun filled day! Got hannah up and ready with 20 min to spare for breakfast. We enjoyed French toast and strawberry yogurt. Plus an awesome cup of coffee, and hannah brought some tea for later, back to the room. I laughed so hard when we got back to the room- hannah has her own card, and when the door ...

... tasty, and they had a decent selection of bottled microbrews for us to try. We all ordered appetizers, and burgers or sandwiches for dinner. After we ate, Kimmie and Donnie came back to the KOA to check out our trailers, then headed off after making plans to rendezvous in the late morning for a lunch and to give Kimmie a chance to play tour guide.

Today's drive was exhausting. The winding mountain roads were beautiful, but the ...

... in my life and being able to share it with such wonderful people has been a truly transformative experience in more ways than I could have ever expected. I already have plans to return and found information on a hostel in Freiburg, the parent city to my hometown in PA, which I hope will be my next stop in Germany. This trip and the people I shared it with will always hold such a special place in my heart, and I ...

For the last year, myself, ten other undergraduate students, and three advisors have been living, learning, and fundraising together in preparation for our 10-day trip to Germany this month! Eleven days from now we will be en route to Berlin, Fussen, and Munich to compare the more metropolitan areas of the country to the more traditional Bavarian areas.

    To prepare, ...
