Back on the road today! We were set to do 60 miles which is now starting to feel like a normal day. My legs aren't half a sore as I thought and my bum has definitely broken into the saddle some more! The road was generally flat as it snaked beside Lake Erie, with some really nice views along the way. We stopped off around 20 miles in for some really good food at a place called Boomerang before setting off again to do the last 40 miles in one. ...

There are tons of places to park and walk or fish or sun bathe. It's all kept very natural looking with huge trees that not only shade you, but that arch across the roads. There are ponds between the two sides of the peninsula with paddle boats and fishing. One side of ...

This was a great place. I enjoyed talking to the young man at the desk about traveling and how Pennsylvania has so much to offer. His conversation made me spend an unplanned two hours driving around Presque Isle, the Peninsula across from Erie, PA. Good breakfast and service. Great staff.
