... of the authentic Philly Cheese Steak, sadly I found out during my time in the area, that the definition has been somewhat diluted. Anybody, it seems, can put dry crumbled beef on a bun, cover it with melted CheezWhiz and call it a PCS. The one I had in the hotel bar was so bad I only had 3 or 4 bites. The barkeep took it off my bill, and said it happens all the time!

    LATE!

Up early to get to the Philadelphia Airport. NOT early enough though. Having to park in the economy lot, find the bus stop, get shuttled left us very little time to check in for our plane. Ray and I were both impressed with the US Air customer service received by the associates who got us through super fast and to the gate on time!. We jumped in queue and hopped on our plane. Whew! Off to Frisco. Deduct one point.

We went to the Independence Mall (a mall is also a large space or length of lawn) and to the visitors centre to learn more about ...

Okay, so this blog is going to start sounding like an online advertisement for the Four Seasons Campground in Pilesgrove, NJ and you know what? They deserve every last bit of advertisement we can possibly do for them. These folks are stand-up, fantastic, above and beyond kind of people and I want everyone to frequent their campground.

John and I left their campground early afternoon yesterday (quite sadly because we didn't want to leave) to venture forth ...
