    Thursday morning, the Clarion hotel in Iowa City, and it's cold - 40 oF. Well wrapped up, we set off for Omaha, Nebraska, riding route 6 once again. We rode through downland terrain, under a pleated cotton wool-like canopy of grey and white stratocumulus clouds that kept the temperature below 50 oF.     I was obviously complaining a bit too loudly (imagine that)... because the owner came over to see if he could assist me. I proceeded to tell him what a rip-off this card system is and how unhappy I am with the entire operation. He then gave me my money back for the 2nd card plus $1 "just because."
