      Saying Goodbye to Tennessee

I had bacon, eggs, and toast for breakfast which was free from the hotel. I am sad to see Tennessee in my rearview mirror but I am headed to Atlanta. I drove through the mountains and then stopped for lunch at Chipotle for $9.30. I only ate half and will finish the rest for dinner. I stopped for gas in Atlanta at Chevron for $36.90.

The isolation cells that would have been depressingly dark and kept prisoners locked up in for 23 hrs a day. But then, in contrast, there are the stunning views towards SF and the Golden Gate Bridge. Which the prisoners would have seen each and every day - reminding them of their lost liberty. More to ...

      Happy Holidays

... I will see neither of them until after Christmas. I will be home for two days then have to go right back to the skies, not seeing either of them for New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. This is the sacrifice I am making for the opportunity to travel the world and to make money. Being brand new, I literally make less than half of what the people 12 years senior to me are making. The pay structure is also of a sort ...

... that I am cool enough to be your friend and hope that I continue to surprise them. Your future is bright, and I know you will be able to achieve the goals that you have put in front of you.

Joe Dem: I don't know if you knew this was coming, but Joseph. You have kept me SANE during my time at the desk. I have no idea how I wouldn't lasted 3 years behind member services if it wasn't for you. You always bring some laughter into my life and understand my super weird ...
