    ... day...right? he replied: "well...they've all closed...I hear horror stories..I wouldn't eat here if I were you...I'd go somewhere else". Hmmm. So...I did. The next time I pulled off and drove down the street...I saw the most interesting and beautiful small brick homes! I am going to take a few photos on the way back down that street and you'll see what I mean. Anyway, I see a beautiful old shop on the right..a violin ...

    ... and having quality time with Gracie (13 years old) was special.  The baby boys are so adorable and are full of smiles.  Owen, Hayley and Jordan had lunch with Gracie at her school, and she was so proud to show all of us off to her classmates.  She even gave us a tour of her school.  Owen was able to spend significant time with his father, which was nice, especially considering the circumstances, and Hayley had plenty of time ...

They easily outgrew the building and constructed a large building adjacent to the converted restaurant designed specifically as a winery and with intentions of removing the tanks and equipment from the restaurant and converting it into a large tasting and sales room.     After a evening and night of thunderstorms and rain, we departed Basswood RV Resort mid morning and arrived at the Cottonwoods RV Park north of Columbus, MO a little after noon.
