    ... We brought our van to sleep in the back of and they brought there caravan. It is a common weekend social thing around this area, it's like our footy netball but chuck wagons instead. There is a lot of Indians in Alberta and they are kind people, I noticed a lot were heavily overweight though from drinking pop and cheap easy meals I'm told.     ... nothing but miles and miles for miles and miles ... flat prarie or gently rolling prarie ... did I mention it was boring?

    Anyway, finally arrived at the Coliseum Inn, which is opposite Edmonton's Ice Hockey Stadium - fortunately its not (AFAIUI) the Ice Hockey season.

    Tomorrow - the Royal Alberta Museum and Fort Edmonton (another historical recreation-y site).
