The tour is going to end with a bang tonight. We are in Cancun and we're going to a club to watch Hardwell play. It will cost us $75 but that is open bar all night! We went out the first night we were here for $50 open bar and its a dangerous way to do things! The first litre of Tequila disappeared in a matter of minutes and the second one almost as quick. It was an awesome night and we spent the next day just chilling on the beach ...

With all the lights out and our bag packed with half a bottle of Costa Rican rum, a Cuban cigar and pure cacao chocolate from Guatemala we were now ready to get sneaky in Central America. Immediately upon leaving the lodge we ran into two patrolling guards each with a shotgun and powerful flashlight. I can probably now say that being able to speak Spanish has saved my life ...

Our arrival wasn't ayoba. The check-in lady was beyond rude and this developed into a situation where we were saying 'Tranquilo, tranquilo' and the assistant staff member was so embarrassed he was trying to hide under the counter. This little confrontation didn't help the Mexicans disprove the generalisation I made in my last entry.

the rooms were well suited but the doors seemed to be too thin or something because we could hear almost everything going on out in the halls! woke me up in the morning bummer!
