It was streamed live via the CreativeLive website and you could chat to other people and submit questions. She spoke a lot about how she sets goals and organises her days. When they started boarding passengers for the flight to Lisbon I thought there was going to be a riot. No one took a voucher so 10 ticketed passengers were told they did not have seats. A family even got separated and was told they had 10 minutes to decide if they were splitting up or staying together. It was starting to feel a bit like the Titantic.
