... Arriving we were lucky enough to see a young doctor who could speak english, and after a quick explanation of what happened, he checked out Emma's ear. Not seeming very happy with what he saw, he went looking for an ear specialist, but couldn't find one... He came back and explained that he could see blood in the ear, there was a perforation in the middle drum (caused by the unexpected fast ascent scuba diving) and that a course of antibiotics and anti-inflamitories should do until ...

... non-main roads and our buddy the GPS lady again tried to send us off the beaten track! Not this time love! I stuck to my intuition and after a few roads that we thought weren't really the right size for much more than our car, we finally made it to Villa D'Este.

... the San Brizio Chapel. Returned to Rome in the late afternoon and had our farewell dinner :-( It was at Tanagra Restaurant which was part opera/comedy show. Very entertaining and a great way to end our trip. Goodbyes and kisses all around! ...

... In the afternoon we headed to the Sacred Etruscan Glade, which I had already been before but being such a beautiful place, I couldn't wait to go again.

It was just as beautiful as I remembered it, I could have stayed there all day, so unbelievably peaceful.

As we were driving back to town, we had sudden stop.... a hear of sheep heading back to their stall from the fields, taking up the whole road like they owned the place. :)
