Brisbane to Sydney and back

A travel blog entry by lukebillinge

... swam, brilliant to watch! After this we went sand boarding down a sand dune for about an hour. Good fun once I figured how to stay on the board, fair to say June was better than me! Fun coming down the sand dune, not so fun walking back up all the time though! Drinks and food in the evening before heading a few hours south to Sydney in the morning. Day 5, arrived in Sydney around lunch time and took June to the cafe/bistro place with the pig called Kevin, that ...

Byron Bay

I'm now going to confuse you all by posting this from surfers paradise when it is actually about Byron bay, but hopefully you'll get it! I had no wifi in Byron so I couldn't post my blog till now! ... I would have had to dislocated my shoulder or something as drastic!) So I joined them in the 30min+ queue where we got to watch the "extras" from the Scooby-do DVD several times.

The day ended with some water play at Treasure Island’s pool. It has a slide. Yep, it is only 8m long with only 2 twists
and a drop of only 3m but not having someone control when and how you go down
is freedom!
