... cream cones, boat-to-boat!

The kids got their fill of the Ringo (tube) riding - with Adam pulling them around for about 2 hours. We fished (caught nothing), and got many pics of the kids, Ryan and Kristy jumping off the top deck of the boat. It was a peaceful, fun, beautiful cove, and a great relaxing way to spend the last full day.

... a wall from an energy standpoint. I was deflated with my recurring sore muscle problem, and all of the Goodners were a little cranky after being on a boat for 2.5 weeks. It may not sound like a tough challenge (and it isn't), but constant togetherness in a confined space (even one that's 78 feet) can create a feeling of claustrophobia after a while. ... a Gulet sailed in.......yes it had its sails up a very unusual view as they normally motor everywhere, it did look lovely with all its sails out. The quiet and peaceful village of Gundogan is nestled on the Aegean coast of Turkey and has become more popular in recent years, it's surrounded by hills filled with olive and pine trees and fishing is an important trade here. ... but lots of fun. After the ride, we headed back to our hotel for lunch by the pool and a relax on those amazing day beds. We headed into Bodrum a bit earlier tonight to make sure we were in time to watch the sunset. It was so beautiful against all of the boats in the Marina. ... between the flights, but it became an anxious clock-watching exercise as our next flight began to board and we were still nowhere near the domestic airport. Happily, with only moments to spare, we made it onto the flight. Nobody felt great by the time we arrived, and whilst Bodrum looked lovely enough, the time change meant it was now late afternoon and a strong, cold wind was blowing.
