... picked up so we are literally rocking and rolling back and forth. Rather eerie when you can't see outside anymore. I guess they have done this trip numerous times. Time to go and find something to eat I think. OMG. Never take the fast jet from Santorini to Athens. Nearly eight hours later we finally arrived! I stepped out of the car to see if perhaps it was in the crack of the seat and when I did that, I found it...on the roof of the car! We paid the money and laughed and drove off with a bag of rotten fruit and 7.8 euro lighter. At least we didn't buy the alcohol in ...

No alarms today. We woke at 8.30 and wandered down to breakfast with magnificent view of the Augean Sea. We decided we would hire beds and a beach umbrella for the day. Not a good start when Stuart spoke to the "Beach Boy" to get our beds. He said to Stuart "what hotel you from?" Stuart told him. He then asked "what country you from?" Australia! No we are full! Simos was ...

Well- Lori read the 24 hr clock wrong and we didn't have much choice anyway so we left Icaria at 8am and headed to Syros arriving at 2am. Unfortunately/Fortunately we didn't book in time and of course they ahd an election so the boat was down to the last 3 spaces when we booked. We were faced with the choice of paying 3X the price for a stateroom or waiting another 4 days ...
