          ... on board the fast jet ferry to Athens or Piraeus Port and had been told the trip would take five hours. Five hours has come and gone and we are still tossing our way across the sea and will be for another 2 1/2 hours apparently.           ... water to swim in, although I imagine to be very busy during the summer months. I didn't make it to the winery, as I had had enough wine at this time. Asked for a white wine with lemonade and asked if I wanted a lemon squeezed into the wine!?! There was a wee boat which took people over to the beach from the port in Naoussa for 5euro. I wasn't overly impressed with Naoussa and probably could have done with one night spent here, however it was an experience. And on to Ios!!!!! ...

          ... other side of the island. We had an amazing buffet for dinner which included seafood shish kebabs, grandmas meatballs and pasta plus some delicious salads. After dinner we all got up from the table, formed a large line and held hands. One of the people working at the restaurant started pulling us around in a large snake, weaving between the poles holding up the roof and throwing plaster plates at the ground.
