    ... by two others for our cookery lesson - a mother and daughter on holiday together. They were really nice and interesting and we had a good time. Today we cooked leg of lamb and potatoes in the oven - very similar to Tim's but using more oil and lemon. Then we made spanakopita, making the pastry from scratch rather than frozen filo, zucchini balls ( like mucver but in balls and fluffier) and tzatziki.
