... down the road in Laughlin over the border into Nevada, there is a reasonable walk along the river which takes in the casino's and views across the desert from the waters edge... I bet it is packed during the summer months, looking at the size of some of the hotels here and the numerous arcades and casino's on offer. Fortunately out of season it's actually quite nice to wander around without the crowds and of course picking up a few geocaches on the way.

Tuesday 17th August. Sedona - Needles. 414ks
Sedona is so beautiful we have had to slot it into our list of favourite cities. Surrounded by untouched forest, magnificent natural red rock formations, and state parks, Sedona attracts many visitors. A clear hot sunny day (sorry Cantabrians) we spent the morning sightseeing and checking out some of the fabulous art galleries.
