... of a lifetime. My Gopro supplies are being shipped to my house today as well, so I will also be using that to bring as much video footage and photos to the blog as I can. Lastly, we are so thankful to our friends and family for being so supportive of our trip and pushing us to do it. We are so incredibly lucky! It took my oldest son explaining things to me ("odd numbers go east and west; even numbers go north and south") for it to begin to make sense. And even then, I lived here for quite a while before I could appreciate the "east-west"-ness of 580, because it seemed pretty darn-near north-south to me.
Anyway, trace the line of Reno's 580 from the center of Reno to south of Carson City. Does that look even remotely "east-west" ...
We moved closer to Reno so we could go to the casino and walk back to rv park . It was a fun afternoon downtown reno at the El Dorado. They had a great Buffett. Then we hit the Grand Sierra at night. It was fun while it lasted but time to move ...
