Waiting at the airport in Delhi, for my flight to TO, via Brussels. It's gonna be a long wait! I spent my remaining days, in India, visiting several beaches and the beach town of Calangute. On my last day, I hired a driver who took me to several beaches in south Goa. These beaches have long stretches of white sand & the water is bathwater warm! I lazed about in the ...

      • Basilica of Bom Jesus
      • Se' Cathedral
      • Chapel of St. Cajetan
      • Church and Convent of St. Francis of Assisi ...

... quite fun really and we wished we could have a go driving those beasts. A long and rough 20 minutes later we got dropped of and told to return in an hour. We had to walk the rest of the way and the walk and views were great. Luckily we were wearing our proper walking shoes as the terrain was quite treacherous, having to jump from boulder to boulder and over really uneven rocky ground. As we were one of the first jeeps to arrive (and the rest of our car full had gone to ...

Had you of said however many days ago when I was standing at Delhi airport, with no phone, no idea and told me "You will have a great time and make friends for life!" I would have snatched the ticket home out of your hand and skip as I found my seat but having had a brilliant CEO (tour leader) and a fantastic group of people (friends) I have had such an amazing time. I'm not saying everything was flawless, Delhi belly is no laughing ...
