Not much else to say other than i feel very refreshed and relaxed, back down the star rating we go, were headed for Palolem. Han ...

The resort we have been staying at is nice (but probably more a 4 star by North American standards) and the guests are all Indian aside from us and an older British couple. We also went exploring a part of the Palolem beach that you can only get to when the tide is out and we found some ...

... ie “The Secret”). While some of it is slightly past believable for us, it is an interesting read and only at the beach can you find the patience and time to wade through it and practice some of the “mental healing techniques”. It was good to read this while being in India as it can be frustrating, so this is a good way to calm yourself down.

It is already Saturday, one week has passed. We headed off to Old Goa to visit a very famous church, St. Francis Xavier, who brought Christianity to Goa in the early 1400's. the church was beautiful and still remains so after 600 years! There were some markets along the road, where we enjoyed a lovely, refreshing coconut! We also headed off to Margao, which is a little shopping district. So amazing how everyone seems to share the road and not ...
