So, not too much to report today. Got up, worked, came back, going to dinner. Saw the same old same old magnificent scenery. So.....let's talk a little more about what I've been eating.

I have an ankle again, there's a big knot on it, but I can actually see the shape of an ankle.

It was a beautiful day today, couldn't have asked for anything more. Sunshine, fresh air, blue skies, not to warm, not too hot, low humidity. Everything I had hoped for!

Had another great day today. I don't think I'm mentioned it yet, but our hotel has a continental breakfast, and one of my favorite things is fig cake. Ola - had a big day today. Ended up cancelling my whale watching trip. It was nasty weather this morning and I figured it wouldn't be good to stand on a small boat in the ocean for four hours with my ankle. As you can see in the pictures below, it's turned a nice shade of purple and has swelled down to my toes. My uncle and my aunt came to pick us up, at the arrival of the train (before 6am). As we wanted to have a coffee with a delicious Portuguese pastry, but as the coffee shops were not yet opened, we went to see the sunrise from the front of the cathedral.
