      ... over the past week. I did laundry, packed, and cleaned the apartment a bit all the while listening to music on the radio. I find it enjoyable to hear holiday songs that are different from the standards that we hear at home. These are, however, occasionally interspersed along with the ordinary German language tunes on the station that I have listened too most often. I completed emptying the refrigerator by eating dinner at the apartment.
