... in Herefordshire and gaining international recognition as a fine example of the vodka distillers art and a bottle of Chilton's Damson Gin that we had tried at the Shrewsbury food festival. We're not great fans of gin but the gin tonic is the drink of choice for many castellers and is generally popular in Catalunya so a Shropshire-produced gin seemed a good idea. I think they liked them. We managed a few nightcaps before the long and uphill walk back to the hotel.
