A travel blog entry by penguinchris on Oct 10, 2014

... before, having been in Valls on the Friday night for the Colla Joves Xiquets de Valls assaig. We’d been in Catalunya for a week and had had quite mixed weather with some delightful days mixed in with odd bits of rain and cloud. This festival, Día de Catalonia, occurs every year, and it is a festival that pays tribute to the defeat of Catalonia to the Spanish 1714. In Barcelona ...

... something familiar! And the geese were pleased to see me. Ok. Don't believe me? Photo tomorrow in daylight then. Sundowners with free nibbles on the beach (well nearly) and then cooked some food. Now sitting outside the van listening to the waves on the shore. Quick shot from van doorway. Tomorrow I'm setting off to a site on the south coast of France which I'm hoping will be good. Recommended in my book. Lala ...
