... the place didn't exist. I hope that I will get the chance to sleep there again.

      Upcoming Upcoming Upcoming

My upcoming plans are to go film a documentary with my supervisor about a local coffee maker (the best around according to him). I am really looking forward this shoot, of course because of the coffee, but also because I will get to meet locals and learn about how they live. Life is pretty good right now

      Until next time,

... days long, I’ve got to say that this was one of my best times traveling thus far. I got to spend quality time with my grandparents, and we explored the island together for many mutual “firsts.” I got the chance to learn about the history of the island, and revisit some of my favorite spots. Spring break was officially a success, and I can’t wait to be back in Puerto Rico again.

If you ever come to Puerto Rico, you'll know exactly what I mean about Gasolina…like Four Loko in the U.S. Oh by the way, also my grandma’s go to ...

      ... Restored
in 1991, today it contains art exhibits and a nice museum of Vieques
      artifacts.

There are many beautiful beaches on
Vieques, so we'd visit one or two each day. There was one within
walking distance of the house but the rest required a vehicle to
reach. Some had more people sunning and swimming than others, but
none of them were crowded. Snorkeling didn't seem to be as good on
Vieques as it had been on Grand Cayman or ...

... I am absolutely getting used to being able to choose what to cook everyday experimenting with food I wouldn't have the opportunity to elsewhere. One day I made salted caramel peanut cups just for funsies. Peanut-Pretzel Peanut Butter Chocolate cupcakes for a birthday were also a huge hit (they better be, they took over 2 hours to make!)

We had initially been told all the beaches were at least a cab ride away. On a walk with ...
