... just relaxing, snacking, joking and meowing w. My friends and loves in New York.. Tonight is my last night here at The Weekender Villa and sad to say g'bye, the hospitality here is incredible and the energy is warm. I feel so at home I almost hate to move on to explore Phuket! (Almost) I have only a few pictures to post at the moment since I was using my waterproof camera most of the day but will post when I have a computer! Meow meow for now, ...

The bus dropped us off at what was supposedly our destination, a very busy road ...

We dozed and watched some TV and then lunch arrived. I swear what is being delivered is not what we are reading on the daily menu. After 5 spoonfuls of soup I have to run to the loo. ...

... second floor. It was sort of a cross between a K-mart and a Super Wal-Mart, only smaller. The lower level was mall-like with various shops, kiosks, and a food court. There was also a Starbucks and KFC right next door. All the comforts of home!

On the drive back to the villa, we passed an elephant being led into an empty field as well as a water buffalo. This was cause for much excitement on the part of the Turays. Bill and I had to keep reminding ourselves ...
