... nice. Well we paced ourselves, just had to get the most out of it. We needed Andy there really, sure he would have made a good dent in the buffet. Claire wanted to go straight for the roast, I couldn’t bring myself to miss out so I tried the soup, followed by the smoked salmon, salad and even some sushi which is a new experience. It was really nice and I will now be brave enough to try it again. Now I was ready to catch ...

... had just finished his solo crossing of the Atlantic and his boat was getting repairs in St Lucia when he met Edger and agreed to the regatta. He didn't take the abuse so well, to start with he laughed it off too, but at the end he told him to "f'#@k off" and stopped doing any work on the boat. Ruby was a local dark young Lucian who Edger had brought with him, clearly to try and get it on with. She must have been at least 30 years his junior, ...

I have returned to ...

... wasn't with us diving (he snorkeled - insufficient lung capacity, perhaps?), so it was nice - just me, Travis and Divemaster Dave. We saw and touched some ridiculously awesome stuff. The first thing we did after descending? Dave *picked up* what looked like a large sea slug... and then handed it to me to pet. It was soft! ...and did not sting me as I had suspected. Generally I don't like touching the sea life - I believe that it certainly ...

      ... already in!

Looking forward to reconnecting by cell (for all of my callers, sorry I've had no service) in Miami by mid-afternoon today. Home at midnight. zzzzzz (that's 3 A.M. Barbadian time)

It's been great being able to share this little time with you. Thanks for being part of it. While rocking out last night I was reminded that all of this is from God's hand. All ...
