    ... on the main course. I had the roast beef and Claire the roast ham with all the trimmings. I only had a small portion – it was only lunch time. The rum and raisin bread and butter pudding went down a treat with a cup cake and coffee. We had spent nearly 3 hours eating. It was a fantastic meal and we had a great time. Only trouble was getting out of the chairs!! We had to sit on the beach all afternoon just letting our food go ...

    ... at the long-term car park in good time and got the shuttle bus to Terminal 1.

    I must say that the whole airport / embarkation process is handled very well by Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. We joined the queue for our Thomas Cook flight, and checked in fairly quickly. Once we'd got rid of our cases we wouldn't see them again until we were in our cabin on the Braemar.

    Then it was off to the executive airport lounge to await ...

    ... had just finished his solo crossing of the Atlantic and his boat was getting repairs in St Lucia when he met Edger and agreed to the regatta. He didn't take the abuse so well, to start with he laughed it off too, but at the end he told him to "f'#@k off" and stopped doing any work on the boat.
