    ... on the main course. I had the roast beef and Claire the roast ham with all the trimmings. I only had a small portion – it was only lunch time. The rum and raisin bread and butter pudding went down a treat with a cup cake and coffee. We had spent nearly 3 hours eating. It was a fantastic meal and we had a great time.     ... an proceeded to stretch out and wait for Tom. My time ended up being 2:03. It's my worst finishing time for a half but I didn't care. I got it done.     ... had just finished his solo crossing of the Atlantic and his boat was getting repairs in St Lucia when he met Edger and agreed to the regatta.
