... on the main course. I had the roast beef and Claire the roast ham with all the trimmings. I only had a small portion – it was only lunch time. The rum and raisin bread and butter pudding went down a treat with a cup cake and coffee. We had spent nearly 3 hours eating. It was a fantastic meal and we had a great time. Only trouble was getting out of the chairs!! We had to sit on the beach all afternoon just letting our food go ...

... had just finished his solo crossing of the Atlantic and his boat was getting repairs in St Lucia when he met Edger and agreed to the regatta. He didn't take the abuse so well, to start with he laughed it off too, but at the end he told him to "f'#@k off" and stopped doing any work on the boat. Ruby was a local dark young Lucian who Edger had brought with him, clearly to try and get it on with. She must have been at least 30 years his junior, ...

... snorkel and replaced the ship wreck snorkel with beach time. Good thing we did too, as rough waters canceled all ship wreck snorkels but the turtles went on anyway!

Our excursion did not go until the later half of the day at Barbados, so we had a few hours of free time in the morning to explore. We decided to go to a beach, and took the recommendation of the Tourism Agent at the port to go to Accra Beach south ...
