Deneen at front desk so helpful

      from

I was bumped off a flight at the last minute, and traveled alone to Cocoa with 2 small children during the height of spring break. Deneen at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She is the epitome of service and courteousness.

      Wonderful

      from

we have stayed at the oceanside three times now and everything has always been excellent. anything we needed was tended to immediately.

the view is beautiful, overlooking the pier, and our room is always clean. having easy access to the pier is great. the bar downstairs has great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. we won't stay anywhere else in cocoa now that we have been spoiled by the oceanside!

      Filthy carpet, inadequate maid service

      from

The bottom of my feet will never be the same again. Within thirty minutes of walking on the carpet, my feet were BLACK. The remaining four days were spent ruining over eight pairs of socks as I'm certain no amount of bleach or soaking will ever render them wearable. The bath mats in the tub/showers were slimy and slippery in both of the adjoining rooms. Maid service doesn't arrive until late afternoon and at best you can trade your towels and assist with trash disposal. If you don't ask, you won't even receive that. The lobby staff was very pleasant and the location and view superb.

      Dirty and Damp

      from

We stayed at this hotel for the Halloween Weekend and had a BAD experience ... the hotel was SEVERELY under-staffed .... Imagine staying in the same room for days .. without it being cleaned!

      A good choice

      from

We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day Weekend 2003. Found the accomodations to be very nice all things considered. The rooms are clean and spacious. Maid service could be a little more efficient. Complimentary continental breakfast is great - it either tides you over until you walk the 2 short blocks to Perkins for breakfast or for those non-breakfast people it has just what you need. I would recommend this hotel - If you're wanting an oceanfront room, I would not want to be on the 1st floor. You won't be able to see the ocean because of the sand dunes. We had the 2nd floor and it was fine.

      Very average

      from

I got a great deal on the internet, only to receive the worst room in this place, after complaining they moved us up to the fifth floor still the room was very small, we stayed for 7 nights. Only one suite . Staff was nice.

      Tropical, Serene and beautiful!

      from

We stayted at Oceanside Inn for 3 days and loved every second of it! A very tropical feel to the amazing surroundings and a very clean and comfortable room. The view was outstanding of the ocean and the cocoa beach pier! We would recommend Oceanside Inn to anyone.

      Great place to stay

      from

I have just stayed for two days at the Cocoa Beach Oceanside Inn. We watched the Space Shuttle launch from the Roof top veiwing deck, it was great! The Hotel and staff were also great I will definetely go there again !

      Great Property Love it!!

      from

I have to say that I have stayed there for the last 3 years and have no complaints about the hotel. I will be back at the Cocoa Beach Oceanside again in the new year! can't wait. Its right on the Beach!!

      Stay away

      from

I found this hotel on the net. AAA gave it a good review as did fordors so I thought I was safe. We arrived in the afternoon and were satisfied that it was clean and right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We went out to dinner and came back when it was dark out. I turned on the lights and saw roaches !!! Needless to say we were packed and out of there in about 3 minutes. We got a refund. We paid 90 a night and went down the street to the Hilton which was only 70 a night.

This was the first time I ever booked a hotel that was not a major chain and I don't know if I ever will again as I have never had this happen to me before.

... headed to the so called historic pier which turned out to be quite cool. Whilst there I got up close to Pelicans, took in the great views and had stroll along the beach. The last time I stayed at Cocoa beach I was with Mr Lush who loves it here. Probably due my state of mind I just didn't share his enthusiasm. This time things are very much different. I now get the place and I like it for what it is and would ...

... the end of a small lonely road.

Unbelievably they dropped us at the Saturn 5 display again instead of going back directly. Not wanting to repeat my back door performance of yesterday I asked the tour guide about my options, she suggested staying on the bus, which worked out great. On the way back we were enthralled with tales of restoring global eagle populations starting at this world famous, albeit empty mind you, eagles nest. I was happy that ...

Perhaps I have an elevated expectation of service. In my job I give what I consider to be exemplary service and as such I expect that in the retail world, and that kind of passion, especially in menial jobs is pretty hard to come by. I really need to become more tolerant, but sadly, I ...

... and First Mate has ridden her bike every day. There is a bridge she passes under that seems to be a favorite frolicking spot for the manatees as they have been there every day. Captain does not even have to leave the boat to see the manatees as they abound in this marina. This is our last night in Cocoa and we will celebrate by going to a French restaurant (ooh, la,la!) Then, you guessed it. We will get up bright and early and hit the good old ICW. Next stop, Daytona Beach.

After we woke up I had breakfast and then a little bit later dad and I went for a swim in Cocoa beach. Then we just relaxed and did our jobs.
Then we Holly and I went to see if the basketball court was open for a turn, it was but we couldn't find a ball to play it with so we went back and got ready to go out to celebrate Dad's birthday.
We looked on line for a good restaurant and found one so we went there but ...
