The Coco Palm Resort in Ko Samui is pure paradise. The bungalows are a taste of tropical retreat. The pool on looking the beach is a sight in itself and the staff are a joy. The trip to Ko Samui was made 20 times better with Coco Palm resort!

... of for the right turning to Buddha we got told by a guy from Holland that we should visit the temples of many hands just 3 mins ride away. So seen as it was on our way we thought it was worth visiting. And so it was, it was like temples we had never seen before, more Indian looking I thought but don't quote me on that. We took a few pictures and had a look around, this site was not too fussed about our shorts and vests. Time had moved so quickly and it was getting on to dinner ...

... picked up in a small minibus, luckily we were first pick up so bagged the 1st 2 front seats as it has the most leg room for Jack, we then went round patong and picked everyone else up. The bus can seat 10 and its full. It's pretty squishy. As we drove back towards main town phuket we thought it was a transfer on to a coach but no we are on this minibus (hot minibus) from 7:30 - 4:30 but for 15 each you can't complain. The 55minute flight would have costed 140 so saved ...

We got our beds, top bunk which is always the worst! We was in an 8 person dorm, but there was no door the the dorm next door, it was very open, so felt like loads of us was in the same room, the 2 worst things about being in hostel, 1. The mess/everything is dirty. And 2. Privacy, I never quite get used to sleeping in ...
