Melo drove me home but he continued on as on Saturday evenings he likes to stay with his mother. He would not get a long sleep as he had committed himself to drive another niece to San Pedro Sula at 4 am where she works in an American call-center taking calls from the States but receiving the salary of the Honduran ...

Its' purpose is no longer to provide water to the city but to make a profit while keeping the upper class happy. People get charged whether or not they get water, and the richer areas have water in abundance. Having a "shower" using only 1/2 a bucket of water is possible, a bit awkward, but possible.
